Roman is the backbone of HappyGentle Dogs, and that is not a figure of speech. As our Facility Manager, he is responsible for every inch of the HGD property, and the standard he maintains is extraordinary. Every training space, every kennel, every outdoor area: safe, immaculate, and ready for the dogs and families who depend on us every day. None of what happens here happens without Roman. But it goes beyond the property. Roman's presence, his reliability, and his quiet, steady care for this place and the animals in it make him an irreplaceable part of this team. The dogs and animals all love him, and he loves them. The coaches can coach, the dogs can heal, and the families can trust this environment, because Roman makes sure of it, every single day.
